Effective Ways to Limit and Monitor Your Child's Computer Use
- Set clear guidelines regarding amount of time spent online
- Set clear guidelines regarding use of chat rooms, instant messaging, and personal information
- Consider moving computer to public area (i.e. living room, den)
- Spend time together with child while they are online
