Kids with Chronic Illness: The Parents’ Burden
Kids with Chronic Illness -- The Parent's Burden: It's obvious that a child who's in a wheelchair, or one who's struggling with serious illness, is facing an extraordinary challenge. But we rarely stop to think about the burdens their parents carry; and if you're one of those parents, it may be hard to find someone to help support you. Today we meet a group of these parents, hear first-hand what their days are like, and find out what they do, and where they turn for help, to make their lives easier.
